I'd like to know more about Amplitude's support for iOS app extensions e.g. a share extension
Assuming the Amplitude SDK is initialised the same whether its the app or the share extension that's running
Q. Do we expect the session to be the same when sending events from an app extension e.g. a share extension and the app?
Q. How will they be highlighted in the timeline?
Q. Will device ID differ?
We are testing an can see events generated from both our app and our share extension app but see a different order despite the timestamps being linear when debugging in Amplitude real time view
Thank you

Hi @madhikarma , thanks for choosing Amplitude. Regarding the questions, if the app extension and app are sharing the same space for storage, then they will share the storage, that means the session and device id would be the same. Otherwise it would be different. For the ordering and highlight part, would you mind elaboring a bit more? Or sharing some more information? Thanks.
