Summary

With this we would be able to delete user data from Amplitude. Data deletion requests mandated by global privacy laws such as GDPR and CCPA.

Motivations

Because users can delete account in app, we should also delete their info from amplitude.
Currently you can only send HTTP requests to privacy API. It would be nice to use it through SDK.

Hi @rasparac, thanks for raising this up. The current SDK is mostly for analytics and sending events to the Amplitude server. Will share this request with our product team and discuss it further.
