use a real versioning system

i was thinking of a solution to the problem raised in #33 🤔

my idea

what about using a real versioning system, e.g. semantic versioning?

for instance, we could have the same version for the dotfiles, the scripts, the pkgbuilds and the wallpapers, i.e. the main repos

• 1.x. x
• 2.x.x
• ...
  and tag the latest one with latest

an example

for instance, let's talk about the install script

• introduced in REFACTOR: fix the headers #22

that way, we could use the latest tag of the pkgbuilds in this script when installing the latest goatfiles, but what about installing an older version, say the 1.2.3?

i think that could be cooool to have 😋

of course, that is not mature enough for now, but i feel that could solve a bunch of issues, including #33 👍
