Option to hide stories without unread chapters #71

For quicker overview of stories, an option to hide stories with all-read chapters would be great.

Some challenges:

The pre-made lists of FFN could potentially be empty when all stories on a page are read, but are at least of differing lengths. Lists might have to be virtualized.
Story pages might have to be queried to determine if new chapters were added. The last update date could be used to only check stories that were update since the last refresh.
