AMUSE on specific supercomputers / clusters

On supercomputers / clusters, you will often need to load some modules for AMUSE to work (to avoid installing the prerequisites manually, which may not be possible).
To avoid having to re-invent the wheel, we should document which modules to load on clusters/supercomputers.
This is probably best done on the wiki here (https://github.com/amusecode/amuse/wiki), using a separate page for each machine (e.g. https://github.com/amusecode/amuse/wiki/Snellius).
