/notice not being evaluated

So i am trying to get notifications sent on channel notices

Example would be /notice #channel test, these notices show up in the channel normally as a chat message (but marked as a notice)

When debug is on the notice never appears to be evaluated and as such i cant make it match any context or highlights

ideally id like /notices as a filter of their own, these are often used in some IRCs as "hey read this its important"

Glad to see this is planned to be part of the 2.0 release. Global notices are essentially invisible unless one is connected AND happens to look at the server tab.

Any movement on this? Would love to have /notice to a channel be sent to the push service.
