basically System.Web is not available on xamarin.android, please consider support Sytem.Net instead.

Thanks for your suggestion. Please note this particular SDK is intended for server-side use on websites and not client-side device usage, so even if it was built with xamarin.android-compliant classes, you would not want to use it on an Android device to create orders. Please use Seller Central to create a support case for Amazon Pay and say you want to learn more about the "Mobile SDK" and we can continue the discussion there.
