File model conflicts with ./node_modules/formidable/lib/file.js

I was trying to run the upload example but I could not load the file model until I renamed it to File1. I think this is because it conflicts with ./node_modules/formidable/lib/file.js. At least thats what I discovered when I attached to it using node-inspector.
