Management command "sanitized_dump" not found

Hi - thanks for building this repo! I'm trying to get the system up and running and it appears that the management command is create_sanitized_dump, not sanitized_dump as in the docs.

Is it possible that I've misconfigured something? Or would it be helpful to provide a PR to update the docs?

Seems indeed like a documentation mistake. Would be happy to receive a PR. Documentation might drag a bit behind in other aspects too. So if you notice things that could/should be documented better, feel free to make a PR out of those too.
