Прогнал код через PVS Studio, полный отчёт тут приложу.

Подробно не смотрел, но явные ошибки точно есть. Например:
Debugger.cpp:1861
[V547](https://pvs-studio.com/en/docs/warnings/v547/) Expression '(m_wInstr & 0177700) == 07' is always false.
