Will it be possible to add OneClass SVM to the list of supported sklearn models .

The linear case would be possible without much problems, but the non-linear version would require more work and in the end it would be more like a heuristic (i.e. no guarantees that a counterfactual is found).
I add it to my todo list - but it might take some time until I find time for this. If this is urgent, you could try to implement it on your own - the documentation https://ceml.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ might be a good starting point.
