List "Official" Games/Expansions/Add-Ons at the top of the mods menu

I think it would be a bit neater to have the main games and expansions listed at the top of the list so that they're more easily accessible. In my opinion, the best way to do this would be to have the games/expansions under a separate "games & expansions" header at the top of the list, with just the game names listed without their folder names for a cleaner presentation.

I think for this we could consider the following as "official":

• Quake (obviously)
• MP1: Scourge of Armagon
• MP2: Dissolution of Eternity
• Dimension of the Past
• Dimension of the Machine
• Quake 64
• LibreQuake (good for people who are only using LibreQuake)
