Video Track Selector on PlayerControlView

Current version of PlayerControlView does provide UI interactions for the user to switch between different Text or Audio selections. While ExoPlayer supports different range of streams, it is really common that we want to let the user switch between video qualities as well.

Adding a button on the PlayerControlView which is consistent to the Audio/Text selectors would be really helpful.
