[Feature request] Move action buttons of translation window closer to the mouse cursor

Almost every time using translation I click on pop up window buttons to hear the pronunciation/add to dictionary which are at the bottom of the window
Well, it could be more comfortable if those buttons were at the top of the window or the window will be above the cursor
