Note Link Janitor is different in npm

Not sure if this was deliberate, but the @andymatuschak/note-link-janitor package on npm is not this code. Instead it is a fork (it says so when you run without a command – something about a fork for roam). It breaks in certain situations where this code doesn't (e.g. when a title has periods '.' in it). These issues go away when I build from source (this code).

I'm guessing this was fixed here and that andy just hasn't gotten around to updating the package.

Until then, the package has been re-published here for anyone who needs .'s to work -- without building from the repo.
