Contributor guide

Is there any good contributor guide? I`m interested to join the community and contribute to the project. But I could not find any guide and tutorial to contribute.

To be honnst with you, it's hard to find time to write a contribute guide. Any help are welcome for that. But my idea is to move my work on https://github.com/eclipse/wildwebdeveloper (copy of @mickaelistria)

If you want to write anything in French and have me translate it into English, I could do that for you.
Perhaps you could start by putting down your ideas for future enhancements and how this should fit into merging/adapting the project to fit with wildwebdeveloper.
