Banned from discord

Hello, I would like to be unbanned so I can access the server again. A couple of days ago, my account was hacked and spam was sent from it. I don't think they sent spam to the servers I'm on, but rather through private messages to my friends list, which is why I find it strange that I've been banned from the Discord server.

That's what I don't understand. I was online chatting with my friends on another channel, and suddenly they told me I was sending spam. I checked and saw that someone had accessed my account from the Illinois, USA, and I have no idea how they did it, since I have secure passwords, 2FA enabled, and I don't visit unknown websites.
