Should Registrar be explicit about what it wants pinned?

In BRSKI there's currently no good way in which the Registrar can indicate a preference to MASA for the certificate that it wants to get pinned in a voucher. This could be useful for particular cases which still have to be identified/listed.

This item can be considered for a future "8995-bis" document.
