Ideas:

Use e.g. bash_kernel_on_binder with a custom Docker image that contains the tools so we have the how-to in the form of a runnable notebook? (similar to https://github.com/digipresnet/guide-to-format-id/blob/master/Dockerfile)
Base Docker image on ami3 but add heavyweight dependencies and gather additional dictionaries? e.g. this one
