unable to fetch package

I could not properly execute installation commands for Melodic so I retried it with Noetic but I received message as below. Is is ok to ignor these?
I got this message when I executed sudo apt-get install -y ros-noetic-nodelet-core

I tried apt-get update and used --fix-missing but the result was the same.

After that I ignored these message and moved on and executed rosdep install --from-paths src --ignore-src -r -y and I
got this message.

given path 'src' does not exist
