Hi, I thought I would give creating the snapshot module a crack if that's ok. Appreciate any feedback on it.

Two things which I wanted to get your opinion on:

• Making use of listsnapshot to add validations + support for ansible check mode
• Validations for common errors within the module itself to avoid returning verbose error messages from nodetool. I didn't see that being done in the other modules so I refrained from doing so, however I think it would be much better.
