ibm.storage_virtualize.ibm_sv_manage_security support for sshprotocol: 4

Hi,

the workaround for security issue:
"Security Bulletin: Recommended mitigation for SSH "Terrapin" vulnerability in IBM SAN Volume Controller, IBM Storwize, IBM Storage Virtualize and IBM FlashSystem products

recommends to change the sshprotocol to level 4 (chsecurity -sshprotocol 4) for firmaware 8.7.0.0

But the modul "ibm_sv_manage_security" only support "sshprotocol: 3".

Please expand the command set

ssh protocol level 4 support will be documented in next collection release in this week.
Please note that after changing protocol level to 4, host must have one of the supported matching algorithm. The session may disconnect if there are none.
