New module description

This task is meant to be a pre-development analysis of all the work that has been put into this module so far, you can check tickets NAZARE-4318 and NAZARE-3304 for design, analysis and development.

That resulted in PR [Future] Module zos_resize for zfs aggregates #304

There is also this sample playbook that resulted from the POC https://github.com/IBM/z_ansible_collections_samples/tree/main/zos_concepts/zfsadm/zfs_grow_aggr
