[Enabler] [AC] Create pipeline that primarily relies in AC tool

Enabler description

A lot of effort has been put into adding new features to the ac tool, now, apart from being a tool for the developers to aid their day-to-day development it is a tool that will enable us to run the same pipeline in different environments.

As a stepping stone to that goal, we need to first create a pipeline that does all that the current testing pipeline does but using the AC tool as primary tool.

If any gaps are found during this effort, those should be added to the AC tool logic.
