ISSUE TYPE

Users which intend to create a collection for (only) modules/plugins might not desire having a run sample role generated which they need to remove again. This should be customizable

SUMMARY

Currently, ansible-creator creates a scaffold-role called run in a new collection everytime. I propose being able to turn this on/off (using a flag like --(no-)create-sample-role, and adding a corresponding --(no-)create-sample-module
