Before we can even start tracking stats and finding areas to fix we need to ensure that the GitHub labels are correct.

In Core Meeting 2018-10-30 we agreed that by default all plugins should be support:community then opt-in to support:core and support:network as needed

We expect that:

  • support:core will decrease
  • support:community will increase
  • support:network - Unsure, though should be accurate

ansible/ansible#44903
