Inconsistent shell layer numbering between Mechanical and LS-Dyna results in DPF shell layer selector

Description of the bug

When changing the shell layer using the following operator, the user needs to choose which layer to extract the result from:

This ordering: 0:Top, 1: Bottom, 3:Mid is only true for Mechanical results (from rst files), but not for LS-Dyna result files. For Dyna, it seems like the ordering is:
3: Top
0: Bot
1: Mid

Steps To Reproduce

1. Unzip the minimum example zip file
2. Run test.py
3. Inspect the generated vtu files for visualization
