Missing the upper bar in the documentation layout

Description of the modifications

For some reasons, PyMAPDL layout is not aligned with the new PyAnsys theme as the upper bar is missing.

This might be related to #3449 thus ansys/ansys-sphinx-theme#523 might fix it. To be confirmed.
