🐛 bug 描述

在 SSE 流式输出的过程中，上滑查看历史聊天记录会自动回到底部（即无法上滑查看历史聊天记录）

📷 复现步骤

设置流式输出
输入问题添加记录至需滚动查看历史聊天记录的程度
再次输入问题并等待响应
在响应流式输出过程中上滑查看聊天历史记录
bug 出现，无法查看历史聊天记录

🏞 期望结果

在 SSE 流式输出的过程中，可以上滑查看历史聊天记录
