Running Initial Example

The barrier to running the examples if very difficult with no quick one-page example to run. We will loose peoples attention due to this.

Things that need to be done:

• Add configs to a OneDrive so people pip installing don't need to download codebase from Github to get examples. Make this clear in the manual. This OneDrive should be accessible by people external to NERC but still maintained on BAS systems to all
• Colab Examples - Generate some colab examples attached to our Github link so users can see some pre-done examples, and run these examples, without the need to install Python or PolarRoute

A new set of examples has been created to run on colab and download links have been added to the docs so the process of running examples locally has been simplified. See the linked PR for further details.
