Simply all popup dialogues have tiny closer x in the header. It should be in proportion to the header size and probably be a svg vector image? I don't think this is set by the parent UI but for reference this is on Linux KDE plasma 6.3.

Can you tell me your screen resolution and the scaling set in KDE?
