Able to give patchlogue requested MIDI permissions. Able to select input "prologue KBD/KNOB" and output "prologue SOUND," but pressing "retrieve patch" yeilds no result.

Attempted on both Firefox and Chrome. Running Mac OS 13.6.1. Connected via USB MIDI.

Possibly user error, but I've tried everything I can think of. Have not changed any default global settings on the Prologue.
