I have tried the full script and manually executing the script. Did I do something wrong?

Sorry, no idea, your setup looks ok from what I can see. I have never seen that error and I don't use Trilium anymore, so I don't know if this is an incompatibility with either newer versions of Trilium or newer versions of Highlight.js. On the other hand people keep starring this repo so I assume it's working for them.

Leaving open in case someone else hits this problem.
