The built-in external link tracking doesn't include the URL fragment, which is a problem for Terra links; for example, a link to https://anvil.terra.bio/#workspaces/anvil-datastorage/ANVIL_NIA_CARD_Coriell_Cell_Lines_Open is reported just as https://anvil.terra.bio/, which means that the reported URL can't be used to determine which workspace was opened
