i can't connect to the slack channel

I am using weechat and i think this is the right command - /join -server anvil #general
from some reason it's not doing anything. I wonder if it's just me or maybe my client (weechat) is the problem?

Haven't heard of anyone using wechat before. I just installed it recently, can try connecting and see what's the issue. Do we have to enable something in the Slack itself?
