No bootstrap by default

What I did was:

npm install
bower install
grunt htmlbuild:dist && grunt
grunt serve

And by default there is no bootstrap at all applied.

I just tried the release source tar version 1.1.0 and it works fine when running locally.

It seems the current master does not.

I suggest you try the release version and hopefully it will work for you too.

I think I've solved it via a pull request. Have a look at it if you have the same problem. It is a easy, single change to make it work.
