my relays get blocked by Tor Community Team

Hi,
I had some error messages with my Tor relay so I wrote to the email pointed on the error message ([email protected])

Then I get from the Community Team Lead telling me they took the decision to block my relays :

"Your relays will not be permitted to rejoin the Tor network as long as they
are associated with ATOR or a similar scheme."
"Recently, we identified some operators associated with a high-risk, for-profit
scheme (..) such financial schemes present a significant threat to the
network's integrity and the reputation of our project as they can attract
individuals with malicious intent or disrupt the volunteer-driven spirit that
sustains the Tor -and wider FOSS- Community"

Well I was just asking for some help, now I get banned cause I'm suspected to be a scamer :( I'm really disapointed
Can someone please explain me what's happening?
