Issue while using Openid-connect plugin for authentication

I have created my Client Secret via https://openidconnect.net/ and verified the same with https://jwt.io/, but the problem here is I have to click the secret 64 encoded checkbox to verify the given token as shown in the screenshot

Can anybody help me on how to pass the secret is 64 encoded in the openid-connect plugin configuration (attached below the snippet)?
