How to synchronize configurations between active-active data centers?

Our system uses two data centers to achieve high availability, and both data centers will simultaneously handle business traffic.
Both data centers use APISIX as the gateway and have independent etcd configuration centers.
If we occasionally need to modify configurations, how can we synchronize the configurations between the two data centers and make it easy to scale?
