Deprecate CLI commands

  debug       Debug an integration running on Kubernetes
  delete      Delete integrations deployed on Kubernetes
  get         Get integrations deployed on Kubernetes
  kit         Configure an Integration Kit
```
Long term goal is to remove from codebase and make it easier to maintain.

We should also deprecate the `kamel version --operator`.
