Enable couchbase CI integration tests

in Camel 3.10, I resolved a timeout bug for couchbase. CI test has to be enabled

I tried to make it work this morning in camel-main branch.
But at my surprise all the docker tag is not available anymore. Testcontainers doesn't support new docker tag names.
I filled an issue testcontainers-java-3999

We have Camel 3.10 in the master now

It does not look like any of the Couchbase tests were disabled in main branch. Could you please check, @zbendhiba and close this issue if possible?
