生产环境：2台master，2台worker
2.0.6版本，生产环境运行一段时间后出现worker不能工作，升级2.0.7后问题依旧。 停掉一组worker与master，仅运行一组master与worker则正常。
t_ds_process_instance/t_ds_task_instance这两个表记录不增加，t_ds_command一直新增记录就是不执行。
查看dolphinscheduler-master与dolphinscheduler-worker日志，未发现error与warn

2.0.7
以上2个版本均存在问题
