When I tried to build the Apache Doris in macOS 13.3.1 with M1 chip, shows log like this:

Am I missing something? what should I do to fixed this issue?

You can check if this is due to network issues, or try manually downloading com.github.os72:protoc-jar-maven-plugin:3.11.4 and installing it
