What problem does this feature solve?

想实现一个类似雷达图和南丁格尔玫瑰图结合起来的图，想使用极坐标系柱状图实现。https://echarts.apache.org/examples/zh/editor.html?c=bar-polar-real-estate
但是发现好像无法画标线，有什么方法可以完成吗？
如下辅助线效果
