site: dangling doc pages

There are a few doc pages that are not navigable since they are not in nav.yml
We can still access it by going to the url directly

INFO    -  The following pages exist in the docs directory, but are not included in the "nav" configuration:
             - about.md
             - benchmarks.md
             - fileio.md
             - security.md

These are the lost pages of iceberg.apache.org,

• https://iceberg.apache.org/benchmarks/
• https://iceberg.apache.org/fileio/
• https://iceberg.apache.org/security/

We should add these back to nav.yml and optional make sure there to check for this issue in the future

Hi! I’ve opened PR #14481 to fix this issue by adding the missing pages back to site/nav.yml.
