KIE 10 Release

• Quarkus 3.8.4

  • Pending only KIE Tools, PR in progress

• Circular dependency

  • Operator merged, missing only (Quarkus upgrade +):
    • Create example apps that use the Quarkus Dev UIs directly on the examples directory of kie-tools #959
    • Adapt kie-tools Jenkins staging/release jobs to build and deploy Quarkus Dev UI modules to Nexus/Maven Central #964
    • @thiagoelg will look at Go libs references

• Following the Proposal - we are ready for branch once we have the above done!

• @krisv mentioned that we expect to be on blockers only now, although we don't have a definition of what it means :D

  • you know when you face one :)

• Release procedures planned for next week

  • We still don't know all the details, it'll be sorted out and published in the Apache KIE website
  • Jan identified the procedures for Maven that seems to work fine for runtime repos, but likely KIE Tools java modules need some attention on how to do it.
