Apache KIE 10 release

• Everything already available in staging, except:
  • Sources (which is run after the KIE Tools repo)
  • New issues on KIE Tools found on serverless-logic-web-tools-swf-dev-mode and sandbox-extended-services-macOS
    • PR open to fix problem with the image, once merged will be able to trigger the release again
    • Extended-services Runner for MacOS
      • This is the only artifact that releases from GitHub Action (no MacOS)
      • Issue not exclusively to this, MacOS seems to be an issue across
      • Still under investigation, likely something related to Colima by @tiagobento
• Mario asked about Sources not available
  • The rationale is first to have all binaries to make sure that no changes were needed during release process by @porcelli
  • Tags are available in the repository by @tiagobento

Reproducible builds

• Adjustments will be made in CI and pom.xml
  • Profiles were downloading artifacts to compare, what was a fragile solution
  • Moving to CI enables build twice and verify
  • Moving to CI also allows easily exclusion of non-reproducible modules (aka. test only modules)
• Heads up will be send by @gitgabrio about the changes
• Other repos needs same change in the near future
