Apache KIE 10 release

• Finishing some verifications
• Expect start Voting thread in ML early next week

Post KIE 10 release

• Verify container image sizes, Apache Infra allowed our GB containers now as an exception
• We've been asked by Apache Infra to reduce the size of images within Apache Infra limits (iirc, 200-300mb)

• Supported? Even interested in contributing(by community member)
