Follow the instructions in readme file. When trying to execute any of the following commands, a new window is opened, but there is a message: "Browser can’t establish a connection to the server":

firefox $SWITCH_STATE_TIMEOUTS_ROOT/q/dev
firefox $CALLBACK_STATE_TIMEOUTS_ROOT/q/dev
firefox $EVENT_STATE_TIMEOUTS_ROOT/q/dev
firefox $WORKFLOW_TIMEOUTS_ROOT/q/dev
