Is there an existing issue for this?

Describe the documentation issue

There are a few places in the XML comments where there are references to setting a lucene.testSettings.config file to set seed and culture for repeatable tests. However, this is outdated and should be lucene.testsettings.json (note the lowercase S).

These classes are affected:

  • LuceneTestCase in TestFramework
  • TestIndexWriterOnJRECrash in Tests I-J
